Service Guarantee Conditions

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• Client maintains the agreed-upon advertising budget for the full 30-day period.
• Client responds to operational requests within 24 hours.
• Client's business is in good standing and legally permitted to operate in its market.
• Client does not interfere with or modify the advertising campaigns without authorization.

If you are not satisfied at the 30-day mark and the conditions above have been met, Dual Launch will refund your agency fee in full. Ad spend paid directly to Meta is non-refundable, as those funds are paid to Meta for ad delivery and are outside Dual Launch's control.
