1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Dual Launch website (duallaunch.ai) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Dual Launch provides AI-powered patient acquisition services for healthcare clinics, including targeted advertising, AI-driven lead qualification, and automated appointment booking. Our services are designed to help clinics fill their calendars with qualified patient appointments.

3. Service Guarantee

Dual Launch guarantees a minimum of 5 booked appointments within 30 days of service activation. If this target is not met, Dual Launch will continue providing services at no additional cost until the guarantee is fulfilled. This guarantee is subject to the client maintaining active ad spend and responding to operational requirements in a timely manner.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate business information, maintain adequate staffing to handle booked appointments, respond to confirmation calls/messages, and maintain any required advertising budgets as agreed upon during the strategy call.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and payment methods, are established during the strategy call and outlined in the service agreement provided separately. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, technology, and materials on the Dual Launch website and used in the delivery of services are the intellectual property of Dual Launch. Clients retain ownership of their own business data and patient information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dual Launch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Dual Launch reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client violates these terms or engages in fraudulent or harmful activity.

9. Modifications

Dual Launch reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
