1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Dual Launch website (duallaunch.ai) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Dual Launch provides AI-powered patient acquisition services for aesthetic clinics, including targeted advertising, AI-driven lead qualification, and automated appointment booking. Our services are designed to help aesthetic clinics fill their calendars with qualified patient consults.

3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Dual Launch offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new clients. Clients pay the agency fee at signup. If the client is not satisfied with Dual Launch's services at the 30-day mark, the agency fee will be refunded in full upon written request within 7 days following the 30-day period. Ad spend paid directly by the client to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, or other) is non-refundable, as those funds are paid to third parties for ad delivery. The guarantee is subject to the client maintaining active ad spend, providing accurate business information, and responding to operational requirements in a timely manner during the 30-day period.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate business information, maintain adequate staffing to handle booked appointments, respond to confirmation calls/messages, and maintain any required advertising budgets as agreed upon during the strategy call.

5. Payment Terms

Agency fees are paid upfront at signup. Clients are responsible for paying ad spend directly to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, or other); ad spend is non-refundable as it is paid to third parties for ad delivery. Subject to Section 3 (30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee), agency fees paid for the initial 30-day period are refundable if the client is not satisfied. After the initial 30-day period, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Specific billing cycles and payment methods are established during the strategy call and outlined in the service agreement provided separately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, technology, and materials on the Dual Launch website and used in the delivery of services are the intellectual property of Dual Launch. Clients retain ownership of their own business data and patient information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dual Launch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Dual Launch reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client violates these terms or engages in fraudulent or harmful activity.

9. Modifications

Dual Launch reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
